Young Researchers Awards
Eligible candidates are presenting authors of papers submitted to IC4e 2025 , which meet the following criteria:
The Technical Programme Committee has accepted the paper as an oral presentation.
The research demonstrates innovation, originality, rationale and quality.
The presenting author is under the age of 40 and has received his or her PhD before that date.
Application could be made during registration. The applicant is required to submit representative publications (up to 3) and full CV for committee to review. All publications need to provide impact factor, citation and major research contribution.

Award Application Deadline: December 20, 2024

Notification Deadline: January 10, 2025

 

Winners will receive certificates and prizes.
▪ The names of award winners will be announced in conference website.
▪ Certificates for all individual authors.
▪ 2000 CNY for China young researcher
▪ 300 USD for non-China young researcher

1-2 Young researchers that qualify for the grants will be provided full of the award at IC4e 2025 Conference.

Best Student Paper Award
1. For university students only.
2. The first author of the paper registered.
3. Oral /Online Presentation Type.
4. Winners will be selected by the Program Committee.

Prize:
▪ The names of award winners will be announced in conference website.
▪ Certificates for all individual authors.
▪ Enjoy free registration of one paper for IC4e 2026.

 

Best Paper Award

The research is strong representative of solid theoretical and empirical work in our field.

Best Oral/Online Presentation Award
For every session, one best Oral /Live presentation will be selected by session chairs according to the originality, applicability, Technical Merit, PPT and Presentation.

Prize:
▪ The names of award winners will be announced in conference website.
▪ Best presentation certificate for presenter.
▪ Enjoy half discount registration for IC4e 2026.
