The 17th International Conference on E-Education, E-Business, E-Management and E-Learning (IC4e 2026) was successfully held at Kyushu University, Japan, from April 1–4, 2026. The conference was sponsored by IEEE and co-sponsored by Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-ok, Thailand, and National University MOA, Philippines. It also received strong support from Meeting Place Fukuoka, Purdue University Northwest, USA, De La Salle University–Manila, Philippines, China West Normal University, China, Bulacan State University, Philippines, and Prince Sultan University, Saudi Arabia. Bringing together researchers, academics, industry professionals, and practitioners from around the world, IC4e 2026 provided an international platform for the exchange of innovative ideas, recent research findings, and practical experiences in the fields of e-education, e-business, e-management, e-learning, marketing, business, and trade.

IC4e 2026 marked another successful gathering of the international academic community in Fukuoka, Japan. The conference attracted strong interest from researchers worldwide, receiving 545 paper submissions across a broad range of topics. Over the four-day event, 257 participants came together to present their latest findings, exchange ideas, and explore future collaborations. Through keynote speeches, technical sessions, and networking activities, the conference provided a valuable forum for discussing emerging trends and challenges in e-education, e-business, e-management, e-learning, marketing, business, and trade. The active engagement of scholars and professionals from diverse backgrounds contributed to a stimulating and productive academic environment.

The conference spanned 4 days, featuring a series of keynote speeches, invited talks, parallel technical sessions, poster sessions, online sessions, a hands-on workshop, and award ceremonies.
